STATION: WPCV - Lakeland, FL
POSITION: Morning Show Producer

​

Hall Communications in Lakeland Florida is looking for a producer and co-host to join a team already in place on our country radio powerhouse 97.5 WPCV.

​

Joining our air-staff, you will need to be a conversational, enthusiastic, professional who enjoys creating content in a today’s short-attention span environment.

​

Applicants should have at least 3-5 years of experience producing or hosting a morning program. You will need solid production skills in Vox Pro and Adobe Audition. Any video editing experience will be a plus.

​

You will need to have the proven ability to work together with sales, promotions, and production. You will need to take direction and be ready to work the streets making regular appearances both as a talent and a set up person (onsite event coordinator) representing WPCV and Hall Communications. Reliable transportation and the ability to live within driving distance of our downtown Lakeland Florida facility is a must.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with other cast members to create and execute an entertaining, interactive, fun and family friendly local daily morning show on 97.5 WPCV
· Produce the morning show in a manner in which all team members shine
· Mine social media and vet potential topics for daily shows
· Cut and edit phone calls when necessary (Vox Pro)
· Repurpose content for on-air recycling, station social media and website
· Create compelling social media and digital content for the show’s various channels (Facebook, Instagram, website, etc.). Knowledge of Canva and/or Photoshop is helpful.
· Act as a brand ambassador for 97.5 WPCV in the community – appearing at various events for the programming and sales departments.
· Voice-track a weekend shift as needed

POSITION: Radio Account Executive

​

WNBH Big 101.3 and WCTK are leading radio stations serving the New Bedford area with a rich legacy of entertainment and local programming. We are dedicated to bringing the best music, news, and community engagement to our listeners, and we’re looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our dynamic sales team!

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Radio Account Executive to develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, helping them grow through customized advertising solutions. As a Radio Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. If you have a passion for media sales, creativity, and making a direct impact on local businesses, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

Responsibilities:

  • Sell radio advertising solutions across both WNBH Big 101.3 and WCTK.

  • Prospect new clients and develop new revenue streams through effective outreach and networking.

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business success.

  • Develop customized marketing plans that meet client objectives, utilizing radio, digital, and promotional opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the creative and programming teams to develop compelling ad campaigns and strategies.

  • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong partnerships.

  • Track and analyze client campaign performance to ensure they meet or exceed expectations.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience (media sales experience a plus, but not required).

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to offer clients effective advertising solutions.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (as client visits are part of the role).
